Luciano Spalletti says he is committed as always to Roma.

The coach said: "I am happy to stay at Roma. I'd speak of this club and city in terms of passion, as that is what makes the difference.

"I have been here for four years and always turned up at 9am and left at least at 6pm. When you are unhappy in a workplace, you do not stay there that long.

"If there is no passion, then you cannot do this job. I am happy to be at Roma and that joy will extend even after I leave the club, as the affection the Romans have for sport is indescribable.

"Only those who have worked here can tell you what it's like. I will always keep my friendships and the great emotions I've felt here. As for the rest, I'd prefer to talk to the club about that."
