England coach Gareth Southgate will be in Spain tomorrow to watch Atletico Madrid fullback Kieran Trippier.

The Sun says Southgate is heading to Spain to watch Trippier's Atletico Madrid side against Leganes tomorrow.

The former Spurs right-back starred at the World Cup in Russia but was left out of June's Uefa Nations League finals.

Southgate names his England squad on Thursday for the forthcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers with Bulgaria at Wembley and Kosovo in Southampton.

Kyle Walker, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are also vying for the two right-back spots but Trippier is being given a chance to prove how he is adjusting to La Liga.
