Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate admits every player is capable of being sold at the end of the season.
He said: "The one thing we have got as a football club now is every player is a saleable asset.
"When I took over we had to pay people up to leave, so there's a huge turnaround in terms of that.
"But our focus at this moment in time is can we get the results we need to keep us in this division? That's all we need to worry about.
"As a manager you have got other things you have to deal with and prepare for, business plans and that kind of thing, but for our players, that's all they need to concern themselves with."
