Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana admits he grew up Everton mad.

He met Everton stars Leighton Baines and Phil Jagielka when he earned a surprise England call-up for this month's World Cup tie against Ukraine.

Lallana said: "We will have to go there with a game plan and be tough to beat and hard to break down.

"If we play as well as we did against Villa, we'll get a result.

"My old man was an Everton fan, there are a few Evertonians in our dressing room, we'll look forward to it."
