Southampton are facing a significant test of their strength in depth ahead of a Premier League clash against Fulham.

The Saints are taking on the London club at Craven Cottage on Boxing Day.

However, Ralph Hasenhuttl's high flying men will be without Danny Ings, Jannik Vestergaard, Nathan Redmond and Oriol Romeu.

The latter is suspended, while the other three are dealing with various injury issues, per the Daily Mail.

Ings is touch and go and could feature, but the others are likely to miss out.

Manager Hasenhuttl will have to reshuffle his pack for this clash.

Hasenhuttl said of his backups to reporters: "They must show they are good enough for the Premier League. This is the moment they have been waiting for."
