Southampton waiting for Salisu to finish quarantine

Southampton are waiting for impending signing Mohammed Salisu to finish his quarantine.

The centre-back is arriving from Real Valladolid, but he must go through government mandated quarantine as he is arriving in the UK from Spain.

The 21-year-old had to spent 14 days in isolation, then he can meet club officials and complete his signing.

And the Daily Mail says he should be ready to join his teammates for preseason training next Monday.

The Saints also confirmed Kyle Walker-Peters signing from Spurs, while Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg went the other way.
