Southampton are ready to spend big to land Fulham striker Aleksander Mitrovic.

The Daily Express says Southampton are lining up a £30m swoop for Mitrovic.

Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is looking to bolster his attacking options after avoiding relegation, and sees Mitrovic as an ideal addition to his squad.

Mitrovic's 11 goals for the Cottagers this season couldn't keep them up, and it is thought he would welcome the chance to play in the Premier League next season.

Saints will be allowing Charlie Austin to leave this summer.
