Nice president Jean-Pierre Rivère and GM Julien Fournier have both left the club.
Rivere and Fournier announced their resignations during a dramatic media conference yesterday.
The pair had been with the club since 2011.
"It's been a few months since our way of working has been less fluid. We do not want to assume things that we do not endorse. We do not have the answer on the future but the current situation for the club is not good," said Rivère, admitting disagreements with the club's owners.
Fournier added, "Our vision was not shared by the shareholder. The club belongs to them and it is their vision that wins."
Fournier has been linked with Southampton where he could be named as technical director.
