Southampton midfielder Steven Davis is ready to move to Rangers next month.

The Daily Express says Davis has played just twice this season for Southampton and is keen to move on and get playing again.

The 33-year-old was brilliant for Rangers during a four-year spell where he captained the club.

And he's got his sights set on a return to help the Steven Gerrard revolution.

Gerrard is now looking for another midfielder after cutting Ovie Ejaria's loan deal short and sending him back to Liverpool.
