Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster has no doubts Celtic skipper Scott Brown could play in the Premier League.
Brown is being linked with a January move to Crystal Palace.
"Scott is a top player. At Celtic we would say whenever he was missing with injury you could see the gap he left in the centre of midfield," said Forster.
"He's a proper captain, a real leader. He could definitely play in the Premier League but I can't tell him what he should do in his career, he's been there a long time and he leads by example. I can't speak highly enough of him."
