Southampton football chief Ross Wilson is leaving to join Rangers as their new sporting director.
The 36-year-old leaves his role as director of football on the south coast, where he orchestrated a move for Virgil Van Dijk in 2015, and replaces the departing Mark Allen at Ibrox.
Wilson spent four and a half years with the Saints, having previously worked with Watford, Huddersfield and Falkirk.
"I am sure it goes without saying, I am delighted to be joining Rangers.
"During recent weeks I have had really positive discussions with the club," he said.
