Southampton chief executive Martin Semmens insists manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has their total confidence.
Semmens is backing the Austrian to turn round the club's poor form after starting the league campaign winless after seven matches.
He told fan show Total Saints podcast: “We have a strategy set out.
“We are not going to win anything by being Chelsea, changing our manager, changing our players every year.
“That's not the way we are going to be successful.
“We have set out a plan. We judge ourselves against that plan.
“There is nobody who is happy at this point without winning a game.
"Do we have 24, 25 or 26 players working hard and buying into the system, buying into Ralph, buying into the club and running, working hard for the fans? At the moment, I think we do.
“The players have bought into that model. That responsibility is the key trigger and if Ralph gets that, he will always get results for us.
"We are comfortable with how we are playing, but we would like to see more points on the board."
