Southampton are chasing VfL Wolfsburg striker Bas Dost.

BILD says Saints are eyeing the Dutchman, who could leave Wolfsburg at the end of the season.

Newcastle United, Stoke City and Swansea City are also interested in Dost, who has been in superb goalscoring form since the New Year.

Wolfsburg are willing to sell for €20 million.

For his part, Dost remains unhappy with past treatment by the club management: "That's something I will not forget and what will weigh in the decision about my future."
