Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl has paid tribute to Oriol Romeu after victory over Manchester City.
Hasenhuttl rates the Spaniard as the best pro he's ever worked with.
He said of the midfielder: "In 13 or 14 years training, I have never seen a player as professional as him. He is incredible.
"Any coach should be happy to have a player like him on his team, because of his ability to work and because he is the first to jump onto the field and the last to leave in every game. He always gives his best.
This season, ïn all competitions, Romeu has played 31 matches.
"Even when he doesn't start and is on the bench, he encourages the rest in the warm-up and encourages them to play a good game. This is what you want to see in a footballer and why everyone loves him here. He deserves to play and we trust in his qualities," added Hasenhuttl.
