Southampton have accepted an offer from Tottenham for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
The Daily Mail says Hojbjerg has been granted permission to complete his move to Tottenham after they met Southampton's valuation of the midfielder.
Everton had a bid of £20m with further add-ons accepted by Southampton last month which Spurs have now matched after making an improved offer.
Southampton have also agreed a separate £12m deal with Spurs for right-back Kyle Walker-Peters.
Spurs have been long-term admirers of Hojbjerg and were confident of beating Everton to his signature knowing he wanted to move to north London.
