South Korea's Ji, Koo set for Augsburg, Mainz action

South Korean pair Ji Dong-won and Koo Ja-cheol are set to play for their respective new clubs when the Bundesliga returns this weekend.

22-year old striker Ji has returned to FC Augsburg from Sunderland for a second loan spell before moving permanently to Borussia Dortmund in the summer.

Ji, who scored five goals in 17 league appearances on loan at SGL arena last term, is set to make his second debut for the Fuggerstadter who coincidentally take on BVB at Signal Iduna Park on Saturday. Augsburg currently sit eighth on the table while Dortmund are fourth.

In Stuttgart, 24-year old midfielder Koo is likely to play his first match for FSV Mainz after crossing from Wolfsburg during the winter transfer window.

Ninth-placed Mainz meet the 10th-placed die Roten at Mercedes-Benz Arena with former Augsburg loanee Koo, who played 10 times for the Wolves this season, expected to feature.
