South Africa defender Matthew Booth wants a move to the Premiership.

The 6ft 6in centre-back said of the English game: "I've tried my luck there a few times and things don't seem to have worked out.

"I had a few trials, but either they didn't press for it or we couldn't agree on a fee. But if there's some interest after this tournament I'd love to move.

"Any professional footballer would love to play in England because it's the best league in the world."
