Scottish great Graeme Souness believes Tottenham's players aren't holding eachother accountable.
Spurs were thumped 3-0 by Chelsea on Sunday, with Souness unimpressed by how the goals were conceded.
Discussing Thiago Silva's opener, Souness said: "The thing that worries me about Spurs now after that incident no one pointed a finger at each other. That's a reason to fall out with someone."
Souness went on to highlight the difference between Spurs and their visitors, explaining: "We talk about Chelsea and how wonderful they are, they're all doing the basics right, stopping the cross, putting blocks in, pressing together.
"Spurs looked a team that's not a team, they're making fundamental mistakes which led to goals at this level you don't do the basics right you get punished."
