The son of English coach Stuart Baxter is chasing a deal in Sweden.

Former Preston midfielder Baxter's last job was as South Africa coach, having also taken charge of Finland and clubs like Vitoria Setubal and Gençlerbirliği. He was also England U19 coach for two years.

Sean Baxter, 23, is trialling with Ostersunds in Sweden.

ÖFK coach Ian Burchnall said, "He did well. It is not easy to impress after just one workout. We'll get to see how he is doing during the week and then we'll see what we do."
