Luca Canizares is in Real Madrid's senior squad for the trip to Cadiz.

Canizares is part of the Juvenil A side, but his progress in the last two seasons has led coach Zinedine Zidane to count on him for the clash against the Andalusian team.

This means that another Canizares will be part of Real Madrid's first team 22 years after his father Santi, who took his first footballing steps at Los Blancos' academy, before departing the club to join Valencia.

Lucas arrived at Real Madrid at the age of 12 to play for their Infantil B side and gradually progressed up the academy ladder.

With Diego Altube, Toni Fuidias and Luis Lopez being the three Real Madrid Castilla goalkeepers, Canizares has the opportunity to complete the first team's goalkeeping trio alongside Thibaut Courtois and Andriy Lunin.
