Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says they'll continue to loan out their best youngsters.
It has been a mixed bag for those allowed to leave on loan last year with the likes of James Garner and Di'Shon Bernard both excelling in the football league at Watford and Salford respectively, while others like Matej Kovar gained priceless experience despite being involved in a relegation battle with Swindon.
Ethan Laird was the latest youngster to leave the club when he joined MK Dons last week, while young goalkeeper Nathan Bishop is now also set for a loan exit after he signed a new deal with the club.
“Yes, I think Nathan's next step should be a loan deal," Solskjaer told manutd.com of Bishop. "He could be ready for the Championship or League One for sure. Ethan coming on against Burnley (in the FA Cup at the weekend) will have been a good test for him.
"The young boys need a step up from the U23s, because sometimes that level doesn't prepare you for a man's game."
