Solskjaer reveals Pogba plans pre-Man Utd appointment

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he had also envisaged using Paul Pogba as an attacking midfielder at Manchester United.

The Frenchman has flourished since Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho, who deployed him in a deeper role.

"I've had a view of Manchester United over the last few years of course, what I would have done if I were there, you pretend you're the manager of Man United sometimes, don't you," Solskjaer told BT Sport.

"Paul is one of the best attacking midfielders in the world.

"His physical presence, his aura, his personality, of course. He's been a big plus for everyone."
