Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has eased talk of adding to his squad this month.
United's defence and midfield has been decimated by injury, leading to a belief they will go into the market in the January window to strengthen their squad.
But Solskjaer said this morning: "We've still got the same thoughts we had a month ago.
“We've got the players we have, we're working with the ones we have and, if something happens, we'll tell you.
“I can't say yes or no [to players coming or going] but I wouldn't expect many ins and outs."
United's problems in central defence are starting to ease with Marcos Rojo having returned from Argentina and Eric Bailly and Timothy Fosu-Mensah set to play for the reserves against Newcastle on Friday night.
He added: "Eric and Tim are playing tonight in the reserves, and hopefully they'll get through that to be available for us again."
