Solskjaer offered job incentive ahead of Man Utd PSG showdown

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be handed the manager's job at Manchester United - if they defeat PSG in their Champions League round 16 tie.

The Sun says United chief executive Ed Woodward has been very impressed with Solskjaer since appointing him on a short-term deal until the end of the season.

It is claimed that Woodward visited Solskjaer last week to tell him what a good job his was doing.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has long been touted as United's first choice.

But the majority of the players and staff at Old Trafford believe Solskjaer will get the gig on a full-time basis if he sees them into the quarter-finals of the Champions League at the expense of PSG.
