Solskjaer: Man Utd players not letting me down

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits several players could be on their way after Sunday's draw at Huddersfield.

United drew 1-1 at Huddersfield, who had suffered 14 home defeats in a season their relegation was confirmed before April, as they failed to take their Champions League qualifying hopes to the final day of the season.

"I can't talk about individuals now but there's a chance you've seen the last of players anyway," Solskjaer said. "There's always a chance it's a last time but I wouldn't say that about any individual now, I don't think that's fair.

"Today wasn't one individual that was disappointing, it was the whole team. [It was an] ankle injury, if he twisted his ankle or if it was stood upon I don't know."

Despite the embarrassment of the Huddersfield result, Solskjaer refused to suggest some players had let him down over their on-pitch conduct.

"They're not letting me down," he added. "We're a team, we're a team together, we've been working really hard, it's been a tired team towards the end, I have to say, and I heard Jurgen talking last week about they're ready to go going again, there's loads of energy.

"When you get good results you get loads of energy, they're human beings, when you get bad results you lose energy and start worrying and that's caught up with us."
