Solskjaer hints Greenwood in line for full Man Utd debut

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted he could hand Mason Greenwood a Premier League start before the end of the season.

Greenwood, 17, has plundered 31 goals for the junior teams this season and made his senior bow as a substitute at Paris Saint-Germain two months ago. Solskjaer also introduced Greenwood off the bench in the away defeat to Arsenal and home win over West Ham.

Solskjaer suggested Greenwood could play in the final game against Cardiff next week if he regains fitness.

"We've got goalscorers in our team," Solskjaer said. "In midfield, up front, we have got loads of goals in our team.

"We've got youngsters coming through. Hopefully we can see Mason before end of the season, not now, he's injured but hopefully in the last game against Cardiff he will get his injury sorted and he will be ready."
