Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has given Harry Maguire an extended break before preseason training.
Maguire was found guilty of assaulting police, resisting arrest and attempted bribery in Mykonos.
The 27-year-old was originally given a 21-month suspended prison sentence, but an appeal has been granted which means a re-trial will be heard.
The Sun reports Maguire will not return to Carrington with his teammates on Wednesday.
The defender was originally called up for England's Nations League fixtures against Iceland and Denmark but has been replaced by Conor Coady.
