Solskjaer delighted with 'positive' Ighalo impact on Man Utd dressing room

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is delighted with the impact of Odion Ighalo.

The Nigerian striker has impressed since joining on-loan from Shanghai Shenhua and has scored four times and assisted once in eight appearances.

And the Red Devils boss has also noticed Ighalo's impression off the pitch, with the Evening Standard reporting that his positive attitude has made a clear difference to the dressing room.

Solskjaer is continuing to weigh up whether to make Ighalo's loan move a permanent one, but a monster contract has been tabled by the Chinese Super League club to ensure Ighalo does not remain at his boyhood club beyond his six-month loan.

The deal, worth £400,000 per week, comes after Shanghai Shenhua informed United that they will not allow the loan deal to be extended and that they must table a bid for the 30-year-old to secure his services.
