Solskajer wants to keep Pogba and add Griezmann to Man Utd

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to keep Paul Pogba and add good friend Antoine Griezmann next season.

The Daily Star says Solskjaer will tell wantaway Atletico Madrid star Griezmann he can become the central figure in his Manchester United team alongside France team-mate and close friend Pogba.

United also know that signing Griezmann would boost their chances of persuading Pogba to stay and snub a possible move to Real Madrid.

Griezmann's hero growing up was former United midfielder David Beckham.

United could also tempt him to Old Trafford with the promise of his idol's iconic No.7 shirt.

Alexis Sanchez wore it this season but has been a huge flop and will be leaving United in the coming weeks once a buyer is found.
