SNAPPED: Timo Werner enjoys his first day of Chelsea training

Timo Werner enjoyed his first day of training with Chelsea today.

The German, who has joined the Blues from RB Leipzig ahead of next season, was in attendance at Stamford Bridge yesterday to see his new team-mates secure a top-four finish in the Premier League courtesy of a 2-0 victory over Wolves. Quick-fire goals from Mason Mount and Olivier Giroud in first-half injury time secured the points.

While his new Chelsea team-mates enjoy a well deserved day off today, Werner checked in at Cobham to take part in his first training session as he builds up his fitness ahead of next season.

The former Red Bull Leipzig striker undertook plenty of stretching and fitness work before then moving onto ball work, including some dribbling drills and, of course, some finishing work at the end.
