Sergio Ramos has added to speculation linking Eden Hazard to Real Madrid by following the Chelsea star on social media.

The Real captain has started following the Chelsea star on Instagram.

Real are in talks with Chelsea for the Belgian, who is rated at €115m by his London club.

However with a year to run on his current deal, Hazard is rated by Real closer to €80-90m.
