Manchester City assistant Mikel Arteta arrived at training on Monday covering his face.
The former Arsenal midfielder was believed to have been struck in the face by a bottle during the fracas that ensued in the Old Trafford tunnels following City's 2-1 win over Manchester United.
Artera was reportedly left with blood pouring from his face after the incident.
The situation got heated when Jose Mourinho took issue with City's celebrations after the match.
The Portuguese reportedly had milk and water thrown on him when he confronted the visitor's.
