Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is getting closer to a playing return at Liverpool.
While he is still yet to return to full training, he was part of the warm-up during Liverpool's session on Monday, ahead of their last 16 meeting with Bayern Munich.
The England midfielder is well ahead of schedule as he returns from the ACL injury suffered in last season's semi-final against Roma.
There had been fears that the Portsmouth-born star would miss the entirety of the 2018-19 campaign, with manager Jurgen Klopp declaring at the start of the season that he wouldn't be counting on having Oxlade-Chamberlain available at all.
