Reading boss Brian McDermott has admitted suffering sleepless nights following his side's play-off final defeat at Wembley. But McDermott, whose side lost 4-2 to Swansea at Wembley, is confident he will have put the disappointment behind when his players return for pre-season training.
McDermott said: "By the time I get to pre-season I'll be absolutely fine.
"It took me a little while, I was waking up at three in the morning thinking about it, but we're looking forward to the new season and raring to go."
