Martin Skrtel believes the arrival of Glen Johnson at Liverpool will be a welcome one.

The Reds defender is confident the former Portsmouth man will be successful at Anfield and is delighted he is now a teammate.

"He is a very good player and he will definitely be a success so I am happy that he is with us," Skrtel said.
