AC Milan chief exec Ivan Gazidis is set for a new round of talks with Ralf Rangnick.
The Red Bull football chief is mulling over a move to the Rossonero as potentially to replace coach Stefano Pioli.
Gazzetta Dello Sport says the parties haven't reached a total agreement on the project yet, but a deal is close.
A meeting is scheduled for the first week in June and Gordon Singer, the son of Milan owner Paul, will also be present to represent Elliott Management.
The expectations are that Rangnick will replace Pioli and also named a technical director to work with him.
