Giovanni Simeone has dismissed claims Inter Milan are in crisis.

Inter have suddenly hit a form slump in recent weeks, but former coach Simeone denies they're in trouble.

“I don't think they're in difficulty," Simeone warned, speaking to Premium Sport.

“Inter are a very strong team and have a great striker in Mauro Icardi. You can't call a team like Inter into question.

“We have to respect them, they're high up in the table and they'll come to Florence to win the three points, but we're ready to face them and play to win.

“I'm missing a goal against the Nerazzurri too, I've scored against most of the big teams except for them…"
