Marco Silva says Everton dominated Manchester United for Sunday's 4-0 rout.
First-half strikes from Richarlison and Gylfi Sigurdsson were added to by Lucas Digne and Theo Walcott after the break as Everton moved seventh in the table with a fifth win in the last eight.
"A very good performance. We were the best team on the pitch since the first minute," Silva said. "Good goals also, quality, solid without the ball and we keep pressing them high.
"We never give them the chance to feel comfortable.
"We give a quiet afternoon for our goalkeeper. We work as a team since the first minute and score nice goals also.
"Even if you expect a reaction from them, we keep doing the same.
"We create some dangerous moments and score after a corner and a good counter-attack, good combination of Gylfi and Theo. Well deserved three points."
