Newly appointed Siena sporting director Giorgio Perinetti is full of praise for young Inter Milan pair Martin Satriano and Eddie Salcedo.

Perinetti insists Inter should offer both strikers a chance this season.

“We know a little about the corporate problems at Inter, but Marotta is working hard to solve the these, with imagination," Perinetti claimed.

“The money is what it is, not only at Inter, and it takes patience to find alternative solutions.

“Inter have good young players, Satriano and Salcedo can suddenly blossom this season. Of course, they are not certainties though, and Inter need certainties."
