Shrewsbury have taken West Bromwich Albion youngster Romaine Sawyers on-loan.
The Baggies have the right to recall the midfielder/striker at anytime.
Sawyers has been a regular in Albion's title-chasing reserves side this season and scored the second goal in Tuesday's 2-0 Barclays Premier Reserve League (South) win over Swansea.
