Treble winner Teddy Sheringham is happy seeing former teammate Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in charge of Manchester United.
Despite admitting United are a long way off challenging to win their first Premier League crown since 2013, Sheringham is encouraged by the progress being made by his former team-mate and current Red Devils boss Solskjaer, with whom he helped United lift the treble in 1999.
"Look at Liverpool and City, they are a long way off," he said.
"I like what Ole is doing, he has a nice feel at the club and I think he has steadied the ship and things are going in the right direction. But they are still a long, long way off challenging for the championship."
