Newcastle United must act quickly if they're to win the race for AC Milan striker Fabio Borini.

Newcastle have been in contact with Milan about a deal for the former Sunderland forward.

However, TMW says Shenzhen FC of China are also in talks and have already tabled Borini a three-year deal.

Shenzhen also intend to offer €10m next week to convince Milan to sell.
