However, they have shifted their approach to Brighton's Yves Bissouma.

Reports in the last 48 hours claim Mikel Arteta's side have stepped up their interest in the 24-year-old in a bid to beat Liverpool and Leicester to his services.

For now, there have been no bids made to Sheffield United for Berge.
