Sheffield United owner Kevin McCabe has been accused of bullying by a Saudi Arabian business associate in the High Court.
The businessman's lawyer told a High Court judge that McCabe is a "domineering" and "aggressive" bully.
An accountant who works with Mr McCabe denied the allegations.
Mr McCabe, 71, and Prince Abdullah have co-owned the Blades for six years but have since fallen out over disagreements.
Mr Justice Fancourt is analysing the fight for control of the club at a High Court hearing in London.
