Sheffield United midfielder Oliver Norwood thinks their recent experiences will help them in the Premier League.
The Blades had tough matches against the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City.
Despite being unable to get anything out of those games, Norwood believes they gained a lot from the experiences.
Liverpool beat them 2-0 at Anfield, while Manchester City escaped with a narrow 1-0 win from Bramall Lane.
He told reporters: "We have had some games recently against the best sides in the country and we've learned from them.
"That's the level we strive to be at.
"I'm not saying we'll ever get there but why can't we strive to be up there challenging them?"
