Sheffield Utd due windfall if Birmingham striker Che Adams sold

Sheffield United will be due a windfall if Birmingham City striker Che Adams is sold.

The Daily Echo says Southampton have offered a deal worth around £14m for the 22-year-old forward.

The newly promoted team are due to receive 20 per cent of Adams' transfer fee if he leaves Birmingham.

Ralph Hasenhuttl tried to sign the 22-year-old back in January, only for the Championship club to reject their £10m offer.

And a £14m deal would see Sheffield United bag just shy of £3m.
