Grimsby Town teen Mattie Pollock is attracting Premier League interest.
Pollock is the son of former Middlesbrough midfielder Jamie Pollock.
The Daily Mail says Pollock skippered the side when he was still just 17 and has become a regular for the League Two club, making 27 appearances.
Sheffield United, Crystal Palace and Brighton are among those who have regularly sent scouts to check on Pollock, and Grimsby are braced for offers.
His dad, Jamie, played for Boro, Bolton, Manchester City and Palace, as well as earning three England Under-21 caps.
