Manchester United icon Sir Alex Ferguson spent over an hour with Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder after Sunday's 3-3 draw.
Fergie has a lot of time for Wilder and was a mentor figure when the Blades boss was working his way up through the lower leagues.
The Sun says Ferguson asked to be taken down to see Wilder after the game, relaxing with a glass of wine after watching a proper ding-dong affair between the two sides.
No doubt Wilder, who always name-checks the managers who were good to him on the way up, appreciated the gesture.
Ferguson could be seen in the stands having an animated conversation with David Gill and Ed Woodward during the game.
