Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder was delighted for Kean Bryan after victory over Manchester United.
The former Manchester City trainee struck in the 2-1 win at Old Trafford.
Wilder said, "A Manchester boy, he's had a tough time of it with injuries.
"It's been stop start but he gave us 50 minutes.
"He's had a few issues but for him to score, I'm delighted for him."
The Blades manager also had praise for midielder John Fleck: "I thought the midfield three were outstanding.
"The shape of the team filled gaps, broke the play up
"Ask anybody he's disappointed with the start but last two or three games he's getting himself back into his form."
