Sheff Utd boss Wilder beats Guardiola to LMA award

Despite winning the Premier League with Manchester City, Pep Guardiola was unable to win the LMA Manager of the Year award.

That honour went to Chris Wilder from Sheffield United.

Wilder led the Championship club back into the Premier League with automatic promotion.

Others who were up for the prize included Jurgen Klopp, Mauricio Pochettino, Nuno Espirito Santo and Daniel Farke.

Guardiola did win the Premier League Manager of the Year award, with his team piping Liverpool to the title by a single point.
